Ritulog Terms of Use

By using Ritulog you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Ritulog is an app to build and track habits, with a garden, statistics, reminders, optional sync and basic social features. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional advice.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 years old to use Ritulog.
Your account
The app works without sign-up. You can link an email to recover your progress. You are responsible for the activity of your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings → "Delete my account and data".
Acceptable use
Do not use offensive names, harass other people or try to damage or manipulate the service. We may block or remove accounts that break this.
Ritulog Premium
Premium is a monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase and renews unless you cancel in your store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can restore your purchases from the app. Refunds are handled by the store. If you stop being Premium you keep all your data, but the free plan's limits apply again.
Availability and warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app or for loss of data. Keep copies of anything important to you.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend the service or your account if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is published here with its date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in your country of residence, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer.
