Borrar tu cuenta y tus datos / Delete your account and data

Desde la app (recomendado): Ajustes → Privacidad → "Borrar mi cuenta y mis datos". Se eliminan de forma definitiva tus datos en la nube y en el dispositivo, incluidos los reportes que enviaste.

Sin la app: escribe a david@pintadev.com desde el email vinculado a tu cuenta (o indicando tu código de amigo si no vinculaste ninguno) con el asunto "Borrar mi cuenta". Respondemos en un máximo de 30 días.

Borrar la cuenta no cancela una suscripción Premium: cancélala en los ajustes de Google Play o de la App Store. Los datos de compra que conservan las tiendas y RevenueCat se rigen por sus propias políticas.

In the app (recommended): Settings → Privacy → "Delete my account and data". Your data is permanently removed from the cloud and the device, including the reports you sent.

Without the app: write to david@pintadev.com from the email linked to your account (or give your friend code if you linked none) with the subject "Delete my account". We reply within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription: cancel it in your Google Play or App Store settings. Purchase data kept by the stores and RevenueCat is governed by their own policies.
